(CNN)It was a tense city center in Springdale, Arkansas, however one little kid and his concern about the border wall took the program.

As GOP Sen. Tom Cotton's city center was ending, he took one last concern from the crowd. The individual was a 7-year-old young boy. As Cotton indicated the crowd, requesting for the last concern, the young boy spoke out, "I'm Toby."

"Donald Trump makes Mexicans trivial to individuals who remain in Arkansas who like Mexicans, like me, my grandmother," Toby stated.

"And he is erasing all the parks and PBS Kids simply to make a wall ... and he should not do that," stated Toby, voicing worries of some that the Trump administration will cut financial backing to the National Park Service and public tv.

The constituents in the congested auditorium praised and cheered Toby as he dealt with the congressman.

"He should not do all that things simply for the wall."

"Toby, how old are you?" Cotton asked.

"I'm practically 8, however I'm 7."
