If you've ever been to a bootcamp exercise or attempted a difficult HIIT circuit by yourself, you understand simply how sweaty you can get when you challenge your body with these busy workouts. Numerous individuals forget that an easy, and even sluggish yoga circulation can make you sweat like no one's damn organisation. As a yoga trainer, I like seeing the stunned search individuals's faces when I inform them there are lots of yoga positions that make you sweat method more than a prolonged treadmill sesh ever will.

Personally, I enjoy breaking a good sweat prior to relaxing in savasana. If you're subtle pissed about actively drenching yourself in your own physical fluids, maybe you need to keep in mind that sweating throughout an exercise is in fact a great thing.

When you're striving and pressing your body, it can get overheated from the difficulty. Sweat is simply your body's method of reacting to that difficulty by keeping your core temperature level at a stable and safe level.

So, while you might be earned out to see noticeable sweat spots left on your yoga mat after you complete your circulation, simply keep in mind that is physical evidence of how difficult you're working to reinforce and much better your body.

Here are 6 yoga positions that make sure to make you sweat more than sprints and SoulCycle integrated.

1. Down Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)

Downward pet dog is a position that is regularly gone back to throughout a yoga practice. It might appear basic to some, however with a couple of tweaks, it can turn into one of the most tough, sweat-infused asanas out there.

The essential to perspiring in this bad young boy is truly appealing your legs, arms, and core, and pressing into the mat with your prevalent finger suggestions while pushing your heels as close as they can get to the ground.

You can even include some motion here by receding and forth from a slab posture to down pet -- if you're up to the obstacle, that is.

2. Boat Pose (Navasana)

Boat position is no joke. Your legs will be shaking, your abs will be burning, and your whole core will virtually be asking for grace.

And hi, you'll even be carrying those actual boat vibes, if you think of your leaking sweating as a body of water (too far?).

3. Four-Limbed Staff Pose (Chaturanga Dandasana)

Make sure you keep your elbows as near to your body as possible in this yogi-style push-up, and attempt not to let your chest drop towards the flooring.

For an additional sweaty personnel present, aim to raise your body back up without touching the ground, and slip a couple more push-ups therein.

Side slab is an effective arm and wrist strengthener. Its myriad of variations will make you so sweaty, you may question if you mistakenly registered for hot yoga versus your will.

Try out the timeless, stacked-legs side slab initially, then shift to trying to raise one leg for a severe core obstacle.

5. Chair Pose (Utkatasana)

Utkatasana can shape your booty like no other kind of squat you've ever attempted in your life. I understand my trainees dislike me when I hint chair position, however enjoy me in the long run when they see all those #GluteGains.

As you sit much deeper into your fictional chair, and raise your chest greater, the posture will end up being more tough and the sweat will be.

6. Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana)

Practicing inversions like handstand, for even simply a number of minutes, will offer your upper body a major shock of energy.

I understand it's simple to be frightened by this asana, however keep in mind there are numerous variations that utilize the assistance of a wall to assist you develop the strength to nail a handstand with ease.

But with effort comes all the sweaty vibes, so make certain to conserve your shower for your yoga circulation.

Nearly half of Americans think President Donald Trump will be remembered as the worst president in history, according to a new poll.

Marist University polled Americans and found that 42 percent of them thought Trump would be remembered as the worst president in United States history, with another 16 percent saying he would be seen as a below-average leader.

“Deep into his first year as president, Donald Trump’s less than stellar approval rating has lowered expectations about how history will judge him,” Dr. Lee M. Miringoff, director of the Marist College Institute for Public Opinion, said in a statement.  “For history to treat him kinder, he will have to up his game.”

Only 7 percent of people polled said they thought he would be remembered as one of the best presidents in history.

The opinions of those polled fell down party lines. The poll found 88 percent of Democrats saying his legacy will be tarnished. Only 31 percent of Republicans think Trump’s legacy will be positive.

However, independent voters also had a negative view of Trump. Among those polled, 60 percent said Trump would be recalled as a below-average president or one of the worst in history.

As of Thursday evening, Trump’s overall approval rating was 36 percent, according to Gallup.

Apples Billion-Dollar Bet on Hollywood Is the Opposite of Edgy

Sponsored by  SmartQuotes - Your daily smart quote
=>

Days before Apple Inc. planned to celebrate the release of its first TV show last spring at a Hollywood hotel, Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook told his deputies the fun had to wait. Foul language and references to vaginal hygiene had to be cut from some episodes of , a show featuring celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Alba, Blake Shelton, and Chelsea Handler cracking jokes while driving around Los Angeles.

While the delay of was widely reported last April, the reasons never were. Edits were made, additional episodes were shot, and Apple shifted resources to another show. When was released in August, it didn’t make much of a splash. The early stumbles highlight the challenges ahead as Apple mounts an ambitious foray into showbiz. The company plans to spend $1 billion on TV shows over the next year and has hired a team that’s already bidding for projects against the biggest media companies in the world.

With $262 billion in cash and securities in its coffers, Apple has the money to make as much TV as anyone, but some in Hollywood are beginning to wonder whether it has a clear strategy. The most valuable company in the world, Apple is under the constant glare of regulators, reporters, and competitors. Furthermore, the people who use the hundreds of millions of Apple devices have pretty mainstream views about the brand’s appeal. Macs, iPhones, and iPads are also often in the hands of children—a group unsuited for much of the edgy programming that’s fueled the new golden age of television.

The secretive company says little about its plans. No one in Hollywood knows where the shows will be available to watch, how much they’ll cost, or even how Apple will publicize them. But in recent weeks, a visit to Apple offices in the Culver City suburb of Los Angeles has become as much a rite of passage for Hollywood producers, agents, and filmmakers as dining at Spago. So clues are beginning to emerge, based on interviews with more than a dozen people who’ve met with Apple executives or work there.

The company has had many fits and starts in Hollywood over the past two years, with as many as four different executives claiming to be responsible for its big move into Tinseltown. To lead the latest charge, Apple hired Jamie Erlicht and Zack Van Amburg, former heads of Sony Corp.’s TV studio. The two men have sterling reputations as key members of the studio that produced . They’ve hired other industry veterans to oversee the development of new shows. They also plan to hire at least 70 staffers—including development executives, publicists, and marketers—to fill out their division. “They are professionals with deep relationships with many of the people who make some of the best shows on TV today,” says Jon Avnet, who directed 10 episodes of Sony’s TV show .

Erlicht and Van Amburg have agreed to remake Steven Spielberg’s anthology series  with NBCUniversal and are in the bidding for another show, about morning TV show hosts played by Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston. Apple wants to have a small slate of shows ready for release in 2019. “I think for both NBC and Apple, it’s about finding that sweet spot with content that is creative and challenging but also allows as many people in the tent as possible,” says Jennifer Salke, president of NBC Entertainment.

However, Apple isn’t interested in the types of shows that become hits on HBO or Netflix, like —at least not yet. The company plans to release the first few projects to everyone with an Apple device, potentially via its TV app, and top executives don’t want kids catching a stray nipple. Every show must be suitable for an Apple Store. Instead of the nudity, raw language, and violence that have become staples of many TV shows on cable or streaming services, Apple wants comedies and emotional dramas with broad appeal, such as the NBC hit , and family shows like . People pitching edgier fare, such as an eight-part program produced by filmmaker Alfonso Cuarón and starring Casey Affleck, have been told as much.

Yet like Netflix Inc., Apple is thinking globally. The company hired Amazon.com Inc. executive Morgan Wandell to oversee its international division and is about to hire Jay Hunt to oversee development in Europe.

All this has led many producers to label Apple as conservative and picky. Some potential partners say they walk into Apple’s offices expecting to be blown away by the most successful consumer technology company in the world only to run up against the reality of dealing with a giant, cautious corporation taking its first steps into a new industry.

Apple isn’t the first tech company to underwhelm Hollywood. Yahoo! Inc. and Microsoft Corp. spent millions of dollars on TV shows before pulling back within a couple of years, frustrated by the slow pace of development and their inability to attract audiences. Even Amazon, at first considered a success story, is now drawing complaints from writers and producers over casting decisions and instances of buying scripts but not producing them. The online retailer also fired its studio chief in October over allegations of sexual harassment.

Streaming video is just one of many fronts in the global battle between technology titans. After years of flirting with Hollywood, Silicon Valley companies are finally writing big checks, spurring a doubling of video production over the past decade. Amazon spent an estimated $4.5 billion this year on movies and TV shows, while Facebook and YouTube will spend more than $1 billion each. Netflix, which plans to spend $8 billion in 2018, dwarfs them all.

Yet no one arouses more interest in Hollywood than Apple. One reason it quickly climbed the list of places to pitch new shows: the almost cult-like attachment many have for its phones. “Their brand is the most important thing,” says Avnet, who’s made shows for Snapchat and YouTube and is in the process of making one for Facebook.

By funding original shows, the company also can remind customers to think of the Apple TV streaming device before the Roku or Amazon Fire TV Stick and to use Apple’s year-old TV app instead of Amazon Prime Video or YouTube. With iPhone growth slowing, the company is looking to other divisions to deliver sales. ITunes, Apple Music, and the TV app are part of its services business, where CEO Cook wants to double revenue by 2020, to about $50 billion.

Yet Apple isn’t trying to compete with Walt Disney Co. or Netflix to become the biggest backer of TV shows and movies on the planet. Instead, the company wants its shows to complement those of other networks and streaming services that consumers already watch on Apple devices. Its new shows, however, will no longer be placed on Apple Music, which will limit its focus to music-related video.

Whether Apple can channel consumer demand in TV as well as it does in smartphones remains to be seen. Around the time Apple delayed the release of , its top brass also decided the TV unit should move up the release of , a reality competition series in which entrepreneurs pitched celebrity investors on their idea for an app, so it would make its debut on Apple Music in time for the company’s Worldwide Developers Conference in June. Apple execs loved the show and thought it would endear the tech giant to software writers. The show wasn’t supposed to be released for a couple of months, and there was no marketing plan in place—a vital step in the age of too much TV. Apple pressed ahead, and the show came and went with little fanfare beyond a couple of savage reviews. The show is “a bland, tepid, barely competent knock-off of ,” according to ’s Maureen Ryan. “There’s no reason” for Hollywood to lose sleep over it, she wrote. Apple is betting the same won’t be said about its broader TV strategy.

BOTTOM LINE - Apple will spend $1 billion next year on programming for television. By sticking with mainstream shows, it could miss out on viewers who increasingly favor edgier fare.

Mia Khalifa Sent An Outrageous Fetish Photo To A Married NBA Star

    =>

Stephen Curry has often been referred to as one of the best and most valuable players in the NBA. Currently, he plays for the Golden State Warriors, and what a successful career he has forged for himself as part of the team.

And not only is the 29-year-old NBA player on top form as far as his career is concerned, he is also a very dedicated family man. He has been married to his beautiful wife Ayesha Alexander since 2011 and they have two gorgeous children together: Riley, aged seven, and Ryan, aged two. The couple are college sweethearts, so it’s fair to say Ayesha knows a fair bit about her husband. And this includes Steph’s apparent foot fetish. However, he probably wasn’t beaming with pride when Ayesha decided to share his very specific tastes with the world. During an appearance on The Real, she delved into her husband’s fascination with her feet:

“My husband really loves my feet. And so, like, the light was hitting them just right that day, and so I was like, ‘Let me just snap this photo and send him a picture of my feet!'”

Steph finds his wife’s feet so titillating that a simple photo of them is enough to get him all hot and bothered:

“So when he says to ‘send nudes,’ that’s what he’s getting – a picture of my bare feet”

Bearing in mind, this isn’t an allegation from an unknown source, it has come straight from his wife. Who knows what Ayesha was thinking when she shared these kinky details. Maybe she’s just one of those oversharing types, or maybe she was getting back at her husband for something or other. Whatever her motives were, she certainly wasn’t expecting it to lead to Steph receiving saucy pictures of other women’s feet. But that’s exactly what happened. Or at the very least, he got one very special snap of a pair of feet from none other than Mia Khalifa. It’ true – in light of the foot fetish revelation, former adult actress Mia Khalifa very daringly sent a photo of her own feet to Steph’s Twitter account, writing: “S’up @StephenCurry30”. I say “daring”, but bear in mind this is the same woman who rose to fame after filming an X-rated movie of her having sex in a hijab, so sending a photo of her feet to a man who supposedly gets off on them is pretty tame by her standards. Believe it or not, this wasn’t the first time she has tried to grab the attention of an NBA star on social media. Unfortunately for her, the first time she “made moves” on an NBA player, it was her intention to keep it under wraps. And boy did that backfire… The NBA player in question, Gilbert Arenas AKA Agent Zero, posted a screenshot of the direct messages she sent to his Instagram account in early October. Plus the former Washington Wizards player made fun of Mia’s “thirst” for “the D” in the caption. She sent three messages and got a total of zero replies from Gilbert Arenas. Eventually she gives up with the concluding message: “Damn no love for the DC fam”. You’d think she’d be discouraged from ever writing to an NBA star again, but the former porn star has got a lot of stamina.

As of yet, Steph Curry has refrained from commenting on Mia’s feet, but here’s hoping he will. The perfect way to get back at his wife for exposing his peculiar tastes, would be to express interest in the feet of another women, especially if that woman happened to be Pornhub’s most clickable adult movie star. As it turns out, Mia is quite the pro at trolling athletes. Check this out:

Yes, wealthy black Americans experience racism and get to protest. Here’s why.

Colin Kaepernick, still unemployed and blacklisted by the NFL, has received a range of critiques from sports pundits, Twitter users, and the NFL audience for using his platform as a famous athlete to speak out against police brutality.

There is a problematic line of thought that continues to resurface in these conversations: Black Americans who are wealthy or noted intellects — so-called "privileged" black Americans — have no business talking about the reality of race.

It's a familiar critique. When Beyoncé used her Super Bowl 50 performance to pay homage to the Black Panthers, critics went wild. Not only did they inaccurately equate the Black Panthers to a terrorist group, they couldn’t fathom how a wealthy black woman could feel the need, much less have the desire, to comment on racist practices through art.

Often criticized for not speaking more directly about race, President Barack Obama also faced an insurmountable amount of racist attacks and vitriol in office. Yet, when he did speak on fraught relationship between law enforcement and the communities they serve, pundits lashed out him for "dividing the nation."

The idea that a black person gaining privilege means they then relinquish First Amendment rights is a racist, dangerous fallacy. And it's about as un-American as it gets.

Acquiring wealth, becoming educated, or reaching a higher societal class should not require black people to abdicate their right to speak about their experiences and to speak for disenfranchised communities.

Conflating prosperity with freedom is not only false, it indicates that laws that give Americans freedom of speech — and the right to protest — only apply to certain groups. When we do that, we invoke classism, racism, and silence marginalized voices. Black people from all groups — wealthy or poor, famous or unknown, young or senior — have all been criticized at various points in history for speaking on injustice and black experiences. Perhaps it’s not the status that bothers these pundits, but rather the skin tone of those speaking out and their audacity to do so unapologetically.

The nation’s history with attacking privileged advocates for justice is lengthy.

Booker T. Washington, a black scholar and leader, spent his life fighting racism and injustice and working to change a lynch-hungry South. He died with more than $1.5 million in his estate and used his finances to fight inequality and increase educational opportunities for black America. Madam C.J. Walker became more vocal about race and injustice as her wealth grew and she raised money for organizations like the YMCA and the NAACP’s anti-lynching campaign. Martin Luther King Jr. was one of the most educated, well-known leaders of our time, a Nobel Peace Prize winner, a globally known pastor, and was assassinated at 39. Oprah, one of the wealthiest women in recent history, wasn’t able to buy a handbag in Switzerland because the shop owner thought she couldn’t afford it. Despite this experience and others like it, she has worked tirelessly to amplify the work of black film directors, writers, and artists.

Upper-class black Americans experience racism and inequality regularly.

Their privilege does not eliminate that experience. In using their platforms, well-known voices have the power to do meaningful acts in struggling communities and to be role models for young activists, writers, and thinkers.

By allowing black leaders to be human and to speak out against injustice, we make space for people who regularly experience racist practices and injustices and may not have the funds to create an organization or the access to education usually required to hold office. We give a voice to the women who were sexually assaulted or raped by a police officer and weren’t believed until years later. We give a voice and value to the professor stopped on the way home for being a black male in the "wrong" neighborhood. We give a voice and value to the countless number of black teens followed around in stores in malls because they’re immediately seen as threats or as humans that need to be disciplined because of their skin.

Black people have a right to practice their American freedoms. It's time America listens to them.

New Squirtable Glue That Seals Wounds In Seconds Could Save Lives In War Zones

    Sponsored by AMA News
    =>

A squirtable super glue that seals wounds in seconds could transform medical treatment in emergency situations like war zones, and enhance healing after surgery.

The new glue is derived from a naturally produced elastic protein called tropoelastin. Researchers tested a version of this protein called methacrylated tropoelastin, which they nicknamed “MeTro”, publishing their findings in the journal Science Translational Medicine.

The glue can be applied to wounds, even ones inside the body, where it immediately becomes gel-like so it doesn’t leak away from the wound. The gel is then sealed into the cut using UV light. All in all, MeTro can seal wounds in a speedy 60 seconds.

“You can just squirt it onto a wound site, zap it with light and the whole thing sets in a matter of seconds,” Professor Anthony Weiss, from the University of Sydney, told ABC News.

    “This particular treatment is revolutionary.”

MeTro’s speed could be hugely advantageous in emergency situations, by quickly sealing the wounds of people severely injured in war zones or car accidents, for instance.

At the moment, deep cuts and incisions from surgeries are generally sealed up using sutures, staples, or wire, which take time to apply and have limitations, especially in body parts like the lungs and arteries, where constant expansion and relaxation makes it tricky for wounds to heal.

"MeTro seems to remain stable over the period that wounds need to heal in demanding mechanical conditions and later it degrades without any signs of toxicity; it checks off all the boxes of a highly versatile and efficient surgical sealant with potential also beyond pulmonary and vascular suture and staple-less applications," said Weiss, in a statement.

Another feature of MeTro is that it can basically be programmed to last for as long as needed. It has an enzyme in it that can break it down, and this can be modified to make the glue last from hours to months. This means it could be used on all sorts of different types of wound.

So far, MeTro has not yet been tried out on humans, but it has been successfully shown to seal incisions in the lungs and arteries of rats, and the lungs of pigs. Now, the next step is to test it out on people.

“We're now ready to transfer our research into testing on people,” said Weiss. “I hope MeTro will soon be used in the clinic, saving human lives.”

Muellers Collusion Pursuit Nets Ex-Trump Aides Guilty Plea

    Sponsored by  FreePLRArticles.biz
    =>

U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller, tasked with pursuing collusion between Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and foreign interests, just planted his first stake in the heart of the Russian matter.

Prosecutors on Mueller’s team revealed Monday that a foreign policy adviser on Trump’s campaign, George Papadopoulos, pursued Russia’s help in the 2016 U.S. presidential campaign and sought to open communication lines to the Kremlin.

Read More: Follow the Trump Administration’s Every Move

Even more than the indictments of Paul Manafort and Rick Gates, the case -- showing how Russians attempted to influence key Trump aides -- lays out a blueprint for Mueller’s work as his prosecutors circle other campaign officials.

The case against Papadopoulos details repeated contact between Trump’s campaign team and agents working on behalf of Russian interests during the 2016 election campaign. Emails and testimony show that two high-level supervisors and other campaign officials involved in national security and foreign policy were aware of these communications.

The campaign also received information that the Russians had thousands of emails containing “dirt” on Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton months before hacked emails from the Democratic Party were made public.

Trump has repeatedly denied any efforts to collude with the Russians, and the guilty plea doesn’t say what the Trump campaign did with the information.

The White House press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, played down Papadopoulos’s role in the campaign on Monday. “This individual was a member of a volunteer advisory council that met one time over the course of a year,” she said, adding that “I’d hardly call that some sort of regular adviser or a senior member of the staff.”

    Offer of Information

A youthful adviser to the campaign, Papadopoulos interacted repeatedly with an international professor who promised compromising information from Russia about Clinton. He also met with a Russian woman he believed could broker a meeting between the campaign and Russian officials.

He then lied about the timing and content of those interactions to agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Papadopoulos pleaded guilty to lying on Oct. 5 in a sealed document that was made public on Monday in Washington. Ominously for the White House, Papadopoulos is cooperating with the investigation.

Papadopoulos’s plea was unexpected on a day when Mueller’s charges were unsealed against Manafort, a former Trump campaign manager, and his longtime associate Gates, accusing them of money laundering, tax crimes and conspiracy related to their business dealings years before they joined Trump’s campaign.

Papadopoulos, 30, faces up to five years in prison and $250,000 in fines. His lawyers, Thomas Breen and Robert Stanley, said in a statement that it was in their clients’ best interest that they “refrain from commenting on George’s case.” Under the plea agreement with prosecutors, he’s likely to serve no more than six months and may avoid prison altogether.

    Unlikely Pick

A 2009 DePaul University graduate who listed Model U.N. as a credential on his résumé, Papadopoulos was an unlikely pick to help lead the Republican candidate’s international policy team. A London resident, he had worked for Ben Carson’s presidential campaign.

He learned in early March 2016 that he would become a Trump foreign policy adviser, according to the government documents.

A few weeks later, when the Washington Post asked Trump to identify his foreign policy advisers, the Republican front-runner named Papadopoulos (an “excellent guy”) and four others including Carter Page, who has since been questioned by lawmakers and the FBI about whether he acted as a go-between with Russians.

Page has said that he’s answering investigators’ questions but that the Russia investigation is a witch hunt. He didn’t immediately return calls seeking comment.

    Aide’s Overtures

Documents filed in the case against Papadopoulos expand significantly on what had been known about Papadopoulos’s overtures to the Russian government, including that others in the Trump campaign were at least aware of them.

“The Russian government has an open invitation by Putin for Mr. Trump to meet him when he is ready,” Papadopoulos wrote to a senior campaign adviser on April 25, 2016.

The documents referred to an unnamed campaign supervisor and a second campaign official who nixed Papadopoulos’s idea of setting up a meeting with President Vladimir Putin of Russia. The supervisor is quoted telling Papadopoulos in an email that “I would encourage you” and another Trump foreign policy adviser to “make the trip, if it’s feasible.”

The other campaign official forwarded a Papadopoulos email to another campaign official saying, “Let’s discuss. We need someone to communicate that DT is not doing these trips. It should be someone low-level in the campaign so as not to send any signal.”

    Airport Arrest

Papadopoulos was arrested after arriving at Dulles International Airport on July 27, 2017, according to the court filing. The day before, FBI agents had executed a no-knock search warrant on Manafort’s Virginia home, in which they secured files stored on Manafort’s computer.

Prosecutors describe how Papadopoulos held himself out to be a conduit between the Trump campaign and high-level Russian officials, including Putin, from the start of his official involvement with the campaign.

Around that time, an unidentified London professor who had made contact with Papadopoulos claimed to have “dirt” on Clinton in the form of thousands of emails, according to the court filing. The professor was said to have substantial connections to Russian government officials.

That professor is Joseph Mifsud, the director of the London Academy of Diplomacy, the Washington Post reported. Mifsud didn’t respond to calls and texts from Bloomberg News requesting comment about his relationship with Papadopoulos. Mifsud is listed as a director of the London Centre of International Law Practice, where Papadopoulos worked from February to April 2016, according to his LinkedIn page. Calls to the center weren’t returned.

Mifsud’s biography, now deleted from the academy’s website, says he’s a member of the Valdai Group, which hosts annual meetings in Russia that have become a showcase for Putin’s policies.

In reality he attended the Valdai discussion group only in 2014 and didn’t return after accusations of plagiarism for an article he had published an article on the group’s website that contained plagiarized material, according to a person close to Valdai.

    London Meeting

Papadopoulos met with the professor in London around March 21, 2016, prosecutors said. The professor brought with him a “female Russian national” introduced to Papadopoulos as a relative of Putin. There’s no evidence that the woman was indeed related to Putin.

Ten days later, according to the government’s statement of the offense, Papadopoulos attended a “national security meeting” that included Trump. When introduced at the meeting, Papadopoulos said he had connections he could use to arrange a meeting between Trump and Putin, it said.

That unnamed Russian national then began communicating with Papadopoulos. “As mentioned we are all very excited by the possibility of a good relationship with Mr. Trump,” she wrote in an April 2016 email disclosed by prosecutors. “The Russian Federation would love to welcome him once his candidature would be officially announced.”

Also around that time, prosecutors said, Papadopoulos emailed a high-ranking official of the Trump campaign “to discuss Russia’s interest in hosting Mr. Trump. Have been receiving a lot of calls over the last month about Putin wanting to host him and the team when the time is right.”

Days later, Papadopoulos thanked the professor for his “critical help” in arranging a meeting between campaign aides and the Russian government, saying, “It’s history making if it happens,” according to prosecutors.

Prosecutors say Papadopoulos deleted a Facebook account that included details about his meetings with the professor and another Russia-linked contact after his second interview with the FBI.

Megan Fox Recalls The Humiliating Moment She Was Fired From The “Transformers” Cast

      =>

It seems like forever ago that Megan Fox was suddenly axed from appearing in the third Transformers movie in 2009.

She had appeared in the first two movies of the series, and the role very dramatically made her the focus of the media’s attention, and soon enough she was dubbed one of the sexiest women in the world. However, by the time the third installment of this painful-to-watch franchise rolled around, she was surprisingly replaced by model-turned actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who became the franchise’s new leading lady. What’s even more surprising is the revelation that Megan was fired not long after filming Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, for reasons that were never fully explained to the public. What’s more, we’ve never known how Fox felt about being let go from the franchise. Until now… Her exit from the popular movie series came after the Tomb Raider actress did a very telling interview with Wonderland magazine as part of the movie’s press tour. In the eye-opening interview, she described the director Michael Bay as wanting “to create this insane, infamous madman reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is.” Very recently Megan spoke to Cosmopolitan and very candidly delved into how it felt to be dropped from the cast in a very public manner. “That was absolutely the low point of my career,” Megan reveals. “But without ‘that thing’, I wouldn’t have learned as quickly as I did. All I had to do was apologise – and I refused. I was so self-righteous at 23, I couldn’t see [that] it was for the greater good. I really thought I was Joan of Arc.” Apparently movie mogul Steven Spielberg (who also happens to the executive producer of the movies) demanded Megan Fox be fired from the next Transformers movie after she described Michael Bay as being like Hitler on set. And sure, the Transformers franchise has become a steaming pile of buffalo manure following the first movie, relying on nothing more than expensive visual effects – but that’s absolutely no reason to refer to Bay as being like one of the most sadistic dictators in history. In 2011, when the third Transformers movie, Dark of the Moon was released, Bay told GQ magazine: “You know the Hitler thing. Steven (Spielberg) said, fire her right now.” However, Fox has stated that she has only learned from the experience: “It hurt me and a lot of other people. However, that darkness that descended caused enormous and brisk spiritual growth. Once I realized I [had] brought it on myself, it was an invaluable learning experience, looking back on it.” This certainly isn’t the first time that Megan has spoken out in a very divisive manner. In fact, the stunning actress has been known to “overstep the mark” and overshare during several points in her career. For instance, she once said “f*ck Disney” in a bid to defend former Disney stars Miley Cyrus and Vanessa Hudgens. During that time, both of these young women were pretty much compelled into apologizing for “lewd” photos of them which had been released to the public. Megan felt that this was not only unfair, but also called out Disney on their hypocrisy:

“F*ck Disney. They take these little girls, and they put them through entertainment school and teach them to sing and dance, and make them wear belly shirts, but they won’t allow them to be their own people. It makes me sick.”

Well, Megan Fox may have been fired from an extremely popular movie franchise, but there’s no denying she has still had success in spite of committing one of the biggest Hollywood faux pas (biting the hand that feeds you). As if you needed any more proof that Megan Fox can be outspoken in a very bizarre way, well, apparently her unborn babies speak to her while they’re in the womb: Nonetheless, I think I can speak on behalf of any Transformers fans when I say that the movies just haven’t been the same without her, and that we hope to see her reunite with Optimus and the gang further down the road.

6 TV Shows You Have To Binge Watch Before Halloween Weekend

      Sponsored by  FreePLRArticles.biz
      =>

Halloween is legit days away, and this is not a drill. On top of trying to find a costume that makes me look both slutty and punny (but mostly slutty) and simultaneously dieting to fit into said costume while I also shoving as many Butterfinger minis in my mouth as I possibly can, I’m, like, v busy. I'm so busy, I haven’t even found time to properly set the mood with a Pumpkin Spice candle get into the Halloween spirit. And what better way to find the holiday spirit than by speaking to no one and doing nothing for hours on end? Yes, I’m talking about Halloween TV rn. Because if there’s one thing I know in this life, it’s how to waste my time television. I’m not saying that I don’t live a full and fulfilling life watch 4-6 hours of television a night, but I’m also not saying that. I’m emotionally dependent on my Netflix account and I’m going to end up alone so fine with that. Whatever. My waste of time is your fortunate gain, because I know everything about every show and that’s why my hair is so big—because it’s full of useless information about fictional teen dramas. So here’s all the shit you should binge watch to help you set the fucking mood for Halloween.

      1. 'American Horror Story: Coven'

A lot of people would argue with me that there are other, better seasons of but those people would be so fucking wrong. First of all, the savage one-liners in this season are actual works of art. That alone is worth giving it a watch. Second of all, it’s a show about a bunch of badass witches who aren’t afraid to throw acid on each other, murder innocent civilians, or blow up a bus full of disgusting frat boys in order to get what they want in life. AND they only dress in black-on-black ensembles. Honestly, they’re all inspirations, and I’m not just saying that because I dressed up as Madison Montgomery two Halloweens in a row. *whispers to self “who’s the baddest witch in town”*

      2. 'Stranger Things'

First of all, if there’s someone out there who's reading this and they haven’t heard of this show/watched this show/read the spoilers about this show, then I applaud you and your ability to live a full and happy life. Must be nice to not be a slave to Netflix. That said, you should watch this show, like, immediately. It’s about more than just a bunch of kids who love Eggos and wearing retro sweaters, which is literally what I thought before I watched it. Also, if you watch it you can stop being the only virgin who can’t drive person on social media who doesn’t know wtf is going down in the Upside Down.

^^Literally things my friends scream about me as I vomit in public wearing cat ears during Halloween bar crawls

      3. 'Teen Wolf'

I’m not gonna lie, when MTV tried to tell me that they were going to reboot a shitty ‘80s movie and cast J.Lo’s son from  as the lead, I was v skeptical. I mean, have I binge watched worse shit on this channel because of some dynamic branding strategies? Of course. *cough* *cough* But unlike a show that promotes the spread of STDs singles trying to find love, is actually some quality television. First of all, seasons 1-3 were pure fucking gold. It’s funny AF with just the right amount of paranormal nonsense going on. Plus, I want to bang Dylan O’Brien appreciate the talented actors on this show. I mean, anyone who can turn the pasty side-kick best friend into someone I regularly stalk on Instagram a heartthrob is really winning here.

      ^^swoons

      4. 'Hemlock Grove'

I’m pretty sure the only reason anyone even knows about this show is because this is where the hot clown from got his start, but tbh I’ve watched Netflix Original shows for less. This show is like meets but weirder. The show is all about Roman Godfrey, aka hot AF town rich kid, and his BFF Peter Rumancek, aka hot AF town hipster person who is poor but can afford better skinny jeans than me, as they try to figure out all the weird shit happening in the small fictional PA town, Hemlock Grove. They start looking into a bunch of recent murders that happen in the town, because apparently all teenagers in the greater Pennsylvania area are amateur detectives who are smarter than 90 percent of the adults. *cough* *cough* I’m warning you rn though, this show is weird AF and there’s definitely some cousin-love incest vibes happening, but if you can set your morals that aside, then this show is actually really fucking good.

      5. 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer'

First of all, this show iconic and should be the only thing anyone watches ever. is the best thing to happen to television since live streaming became a thing, and I'm not just saying that because I'm its number one hype girl. Not only has the show given me some fire dialogue to use in my every day life, but it's also the reason why I am into vampires who can’t be with you because their eternal souls are at stake emotionally unavailable men. But that’s neither here nor there. It’s set in the 90s, so you really have to look past all the gelled hair and leather, but aside from that this show is fucking amazing.

      6. 'Supernatural'

This show is little like watching an episode of but with less crimes that are especially heinous and more supernatural beings. And if you’re thinking “isn’t this the show that’s been on the air for-fucking-ever but I have no idea why?” I have a solid reason why right here:

I mean, does the show have other good shit going for it, like killer plot lines, heavy amounts of sarcasm, and one beautiful bromance? Yes. But do I give a shit about anything other than Jared Padalecki's abs? No, I sure don't.

Donald Trump just issued a direct threat to the free and independent media

      Sponsored by  E-book Vault - Free E-book's
      =>

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump has stated a great deal of bad features of the media given that he began running for president two-plus years earlier. He's recommended that journalism does not truly like America . He has stated the media is the "opponent of the American individuals." He has actually consistently called reporters the "most deceitful" individuals. He has actually worked to paint newspaper article he does not like as "phony"-- and declared he produced that term .

Trump, like a canine on a bone, was still on the concern Wednesday night. "Network news has actually ended up being so partisan, phony and distorted that licenses should be challenged and, if proper, withdrawed," he tweeted . "Not reasonable to public!"
What Trump is recommending here is that the Federal Communications Commission has to analyze its licensing treatments for significant news networks due to the fact that exactly what they are reporting is not to his taste. The protection isn't really favorable enough for Trump, so he desires some sort of punitive action administered.
At a photo-op with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Trump included that "it is honestly revolting journalism has the ability to compose whatever it wishes to compose"
This is, put simply, the things of authoritarian federal governments. Democracy is constructed on the independent and totally free press. Democracy passes away if/when any leader or a president takes the capability to manage the news media.
Before we go any even more, it's crucial to keep in mind that this, like much of Trump's risks, is an empty one. Since the President states the protection of him is phony (it's not) is over-the-top, the concept of the FCC rescinding broadcast licenses to significant networks. And most likely difficult. ( Read this piece by CNNMoney's Oliver Darcy and Brian Stelter to comprehend why. )
Ajit Pai, the chairman of the FCC, has actually been rather clear that he sees no politics in his task. "My task is to not to be a political star," Pai stated at an open FCC hearing back in March when inquired about the concept of "phony news." "It is merely to be someone at the FCC who, as I stated, is administering the laws of the United States. I'm merely not going to wade into that type of political argument."
That Trump's danger will not come to pass does not render it worthless. That Trump would even threaten such a thing recommends he does not comprehend (or does not wish to comprehend) one of the most fundamental of democratic ideas.
Trump's view of the world is originated from his time as the face/boss of a service. Everybody works for him. He can fire anybody at any time. Exactly what he states goes. You can give up if you do not like it.
That is not, naturally, how chosen workplace works. Since they have their own employers-- we call them constituents-- all around the nation, Trump cannot inform House members and senators what to do. And he cannot inform the media what to cover or the best ways to cover it because, well, this is a democracy and-- per my point above-- that's not how any of this works.
It's not simply this threatening tweet-- or his long crusade versus "phony" news-- that recommends Trump does not get that the media isn't really working for him.
In a news conference with the Kuwaiti emir last month, Trump "joked": " I'm extremely pleased to hear you have difficulty with the press. "
Here's the important things: Kuwait isn't really precisely a beacon of light and flexibility when it pertains to journalism. According to Freedom House , a US-based non-governmental company that studies liberty of journalism all over the world, Kuwait's press liberty status is just "partially totally free"-- with a 59 from 100 total press liberty rating.
"Media run in a limited environment," checks out the 2016 writeup. "Journalists and social networks users considered to have actually insulted the emir or Saudi Arabia typically deal with prosecution, and the federal government sustains efforts to suppress criticism of its policies and actions."
That's not precisely the sort of contrast that a president of the United States need to make. And it's definitely not one that ought to make anybody in this nation feel comfy. This tweet from previous Obama White House senior strategist David Axelrod summarize that belief well: "There were times in WH when we did not like protection. Never ever did we recommend rejecting broadcaster licenses. Begin, POTUS. Is this Russia or USA?"
I get why Trump assaults the media. His base enjoys and hates the press that somebody lastly is withstanding them. There's actually absolutely nothing Trump might state about the media or carry out in regard to the media that those advocates would consider a bridge too far. That consists of really removing wire service of their licenses or attempting to dissolve them entirely.
The response to such a relocation would be something like "Good! You people have actually been requesting this for a very long time! You are phony news!"
But I would ask anybody who feels that method to believe on this: In what nation where journalism is independent and not complimentary are its individuals complimentary and independent? The response is no nation.
Hate the media if you like. Due to the fact that he figured us out, think that we are all pursuing some secret liberal program and hate Trump. (We're not and he didn't.) Do not support hazards-- even empty ones-- to get rid of or limit the totally free press.
Trust me-- you will not like the option.

Rio on Track for Record Iron Ore Exports as China Imports Surge

        Sponsored by  FreePLRArticles.biz
        =>

Rio Tinto Group is on track for record annual shipments of iron ore as the world’s second-largest exporter’s rail capacity increases and imports by China’s steel mills keep surging.

The company confirmed shipments from Western Australia will hit about 330 million metric tons in 2017, London-based Rio said Tuesday in its production report that showed quarterly cargoes continued to gain. The total would top the 327.6 million tons exported last year.

Imports by China surged above 100 million tons to a record in September, topping a previous high set in 2015, as the world’s top steelmaker’s drive to boost air quality stokes demand for imported higher-grade and less-polluting raw materials.

“Rio will remain a beneficiary of ongoing reforms in China, which appear to be supporting key commodity prices,” including iron ore and aluminum, Melbourne-based RBC Capital Markets analyst Paul Hissey said in a note.

Rio advanced 0.3 percent to A$70.77 at 10:51 a.m. in Sydney trading, extending its advance over the past 12 months to about 40 percent.

Shipments jumped 6 percent to 85.8 million tons in the three months to Sept. 30, in line with the median estimate of 85.3 million tons among five analysts surveyed by Bloomberg.

Rio, which officially opened itsSilvergrass mine in August, expects further performance improvements with implementation of its autonomous train program by the end of 2018, according to the statement. The producer had in July narrowed its annual guidance after rail maintenance crimped shipments in the first half.

The company will need iron ore exports to hit a record rate in the final three months to meet the forecast of 330 million tons, according to Macquarie Group Ltd. estimates.

Benchmark prices, which slumped from mid-August on concern over weaker demand, have advanced since the release of the China customs data last week. Ore with 62 percent content in Qingdao gained 0.7 percent to $62.94 a dry ton on Monday, according to Metal Bulletin Ltd.

Cuts to steel production in China through winter, amid the efforts to improve air quality, are likely to push prices lower before a rebound in mid-2018, Deutsche Bank AG analysts including Sydney-based Paul Young said in an Oct. 5 note.

Rio’s full-year copper production is forecast at between 460,000 tons to 480,000 tons, from earlier guidance of 500,000 tons to 550,000 tons, according to the statement. That followed a delayed ramp-up of an expansion at Chile’s Escondida mine -- the world’s biggest -- and planned adjustments to output in the final three months at the Kennecott mine in Utah.

Escondida’s expansion is now on track and output soared in August to the highest since June 2015, according to data compiled by the Chilean government’s copper commission, known as Cochilco. Rio is a partner in the mine with operator BHP Billiton Ltd.

Other changes to Rio’s production guidance:

        • Thermal coal output forecast at 13 million to 14 million tons in 2017, from earlier forecast of 17 million to 18 million tons; semi-soft coking coal guidance cut to 2 million tons from 3.3 million to 3.9 million tons following the sale of Coal & Allied Ltd. operations.
        • Diamond output guidance narrowed to between 19 million and 22 million carats, from earlier forecast of 19 million to 24 million carats.
        • Bauxite production guidance lifted to between 50 million and 51 million tons from earlier estimate of 48 million to 50 million tons.

Linkin Park Performs Moving Tribute To Chester Bennington In Group’s First Show Since His Suicide

          This is SO moving.

On Friday night at the Hollywood Bowl in El Lay, Linkin Park performed for the first time since Chester Bennington's suicide in July, and they made sure he was front and center in their minds and hearts during the powerful, emotional evening.

Mike Shinoda performed Looking for an Answer, which you can watch (above), during the concert and left barely a dry eye in the house as the group honored Bennington's memory.

Other artists were in the building, too — including Blink-182, Machine Gun Kelly, System of a Down, and No Doubt — but Shinoda and Linkin Park stole the show with their powerful tribute and lasting legacy.

The night was all set up in Chester's honor, with performers donating their fees to Music For Relief's One More Light fund, which had initially been set up as a charity in Chester's honor.

          Powerful stuff.

Here's more from Linkin Park, posted not long before their show last night (below):

A post shared by LINKIN PARK (@linkinpark) on Oct 27, 2017 at 1:03pm PDT

When James Damore sent his inaccurate and problematic memo on diversity in the workplace, the internet, tech experts, and the general world responded with justified frustration.

The former Google software engineer wrote a 10-page anti-diversity memo in which he claimed the gender gap in tech is due to biological differences between men and women, rather than discrimination. And, while Damore did not directly ascribe to a political party, he compared being conservative today to being gay in the 1950s.

Damore's comments echoed what staffers of color and women in a variety of STEM-focused careers have heard repeatedly in predominantly white offices and schools: They don't belong here.

Still, they continue to prove naysayers wrong through their hard work, dedication, and brilliance.

Simply look at a tech conference, the launch of a millennial-focused website, or a new startup initiative to find women and people of color changing the face of tech in innovative and influential ways — in spite of working with and often being educated by people like Damore.

Here are seven badass people of color changing the game for minority groups in tech.

          1. Tristan Walker, founder and CEO of Walker & Company Brands, Inc. and CODE2040

Tristan Walker speaks at TechCrunch. Photo by Noam Galai/Getty Images for TechCrunch.

Walker & Company Brands, Inc., is a grooming products company for African-Americans, and CODE2040 is an organization dedicated to providing tech pathways in the innovation economy for black and Latinx people. Through these ventures, Walker has used his business and tech savviness to create businesses and organizations by and for people of color.

Walker often speaks at conferences to discuss the importance of teaching tech in schools and communities of color, and he advocates for increasing the number of women and people of color in tech.

          2. Ruzwana Bashir, founder and CEO of Peek.com

After graduating from Oxford and Harvard Business School, Ruzwana Bashir worked in investment banking before creating Peek, an online platform for vacation planning. The U.K. native of Pakistani descent has had profound influence in the tech industry, and she's used her voice to speak out against sexual assault and abuse.

Photo by Slaven Vlasic/Getty Images for the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival.

          3. Khalia Braswell, UI/UX designer at Apple and founder of INTechCamp

According to a report from National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT), black women only hold 3% of computing jobs. Khalia Braswell is one of the many faces in the competitive STEM field working to change this. The Apple UX designer founded INTech Camp in 2014, aiming to expose more girls of color to technology and to increase gender and racial representation in tech in future years.

"Being future ready means building relationships, remaining positive, and giving back to those that helped you along the way," Braswell said in a speech for NAF (formerly the National Academy Foundation). Braswell maintains an active social media presence and continues to work with young girls in her nonprofit.

          4. Elaine Warren, founder of SurvivorPlan

The innovative technology veteran has worked with business and health care clients, such as Emory University and Veterans Health Administration, for 20 years to provide software solutions for their initiatives.
