Ingredients For Healthy Snacks Recipe
½ Cup Suji| Semolina |Rava
¼ Cup Onion
2 tbsp. Daliya
2 tbsp. Curd
2 tbsp. Fresh Coconut (Grated)
2 tbsp. Coriander
1 tbsp. Powder Sugar ( Optional)
½ tsp Chilli Paste
½ tsp Ginger
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil as required
Procedure :-
Take Suji| Semolina |Rava, Curd, Fresh Coconut (Grated), Onion, Daliya, Coriander, Chilli Paste, Ginger, Powder Sugar (Optional), Salt to taste and mix all ingredients well. Add Water and prepare a mixture, check the consistency in video. Now give rest to the batter for 2 minutes. After given rest now add a pinch Baking Soda and Oil in it and mix well. Heat Tawa and Now put small drops of mixture on tawa and make cavity in the centre of the each drops of mixtures and oil on that. Roast each Snacks both the sides.
5 Min. Healthy Breakfast Evening Snacks is ready and serve with Tomato Sauce or Green Chutney.
