------------------------------------------INGREDIENTS-----------------------------------------
120gm skinless boneless chicken breast
100gms capsicum thinly sliced
100gms carrot thinly sliced
100gms lettuce leaves finely chopped
1medium onion finely chopped
1 babycorns cut in to halves
you can eat any leafy veggies of your choice like cucumber,cabbage tomatoes,beets
1tsp mixed herbs/thyme
1tsp olive oil
1tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
1tsp black pepper
1/2tsp ginger garlic paste
-------------------------------------- METHOD----------------------------------------------------
Give deep slits to the chicken pieces
Brush both sides of chicken evenly with oil, minimum salt,pepper,lemon juice ginger garlic paste and mixed herbs
Keep the grilled pan on low flame and keep the chicken pieces on the pan
Let it cook from one side then flip it over and cook from other side do not over cook the chicken pieces or else it wont turn juice and tender the process will take 15 to 20 mins
After the chicken pieces are cooked cut it into long stripes

Tips Check it with knife if the pieces are cooked properly as it will penetrate easily

In a mixing bowl add together the chicken pieces,veggies herbs and salts mix gently until combined
