Meghan Markle’s family is hitting back at claims made by Prince Harry.
The 33-year-old told listeners of Radio 4 that the royals are the family she never had… and that didn’t sit well with the Suits star estranged half-sister.
Markle’s relative took to Twitter to reveal that Meghan has always had love and support but the actress was too busy for them now.
She added that Meghan has a large family who were always there with her and for her, and their household was very normal and no one was estranged.
Meghan’s half-sister went on to say Meg has a sister, brother, aunts, uncles, cousins, and the glue of their family, their amazing self-sacrificing father. She always had this family… marrying merely extends it.
Prince Harry also said on the broadcast that Meghan enjoyed Christmas with William and Kate.
Still no word on whether Meghan’s family is invited to the wedding.
