QUICK, EASY, & HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPES // WEIGHT LOSS

In this video I share 5 quick, easy, and healthy breakfast recipes with you! I have listed the recipes and ingredients below in case you want to reference back!!

-MORNING ROLL UP-
Gluten-free wrap, peanut butter (or any nut butter), banana, walnuts (or granola), and blueberries

-SWEET POTATO BOWL-
1 large sweet potato, 1/2 mashed banana, honey (optional, recommended), cinnamon, 1/4 cup raisins, (2) tbsp chopped nuts - I used walnuts, (2) tbsp almond butter
Poke holes into the top of your sweet potato with a fork, cook in microwave (press potato button), mash the banana, when your sweet potato is finished add the contents of the inside with the mashed banana, mix, sprinkle with cinnamon to your liking and stir, finish your bowl off by topping it with raisins, walnuts, and almond butter. Enjoy!

-PUMPKIN PROTEIN PANCAKES-
(2) tbsp 100% pumpkin puree, 1 scoop vanilla protein, (4) tbsp egg whites, 1-2 tbsp water, 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon
Warm a frying pan on medium heat, mix all of your ingredients together and whisk, put cooking spray on your frying pan, cook through on both sides. Top with syrup of your choice (I use Walden Farms Sugar Free, Calorie Free).

-OATMEAL CUPS-
2 1/2 cups large flake oats, 1 egg, 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or regular), 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line as 12 cup muffin tin. Mix all of your ingredients together and spread evenly amongst the 12 cups. Make sure there is enough liquid in each cup so they are not dry. Top with toppings of your choice and stir into the cup. The flavors and ingredients I chose are below.
Chocolate Raspberry - pure dark chocolate, raspberries, stevia
Peanut Butter Banana - almond butter, banana
Apple Cinnamon - peeled apple pieces, cinnamon

-EGG CUPS-
4 large eggs, 4 oz egg whites, chopped peppers, onion, and tomatoes
Warm your pan, add chopped vegetables and cook them to your liking, mix all of your eggs and egg whites together, spray a cupcake tin, pour the egg mixture into your cupcake tin, fill the remaining space with veggies of your choice. Cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins. Sprinkle with hot sauce for extra flavor!
