Washington (CNN)The second-ranking House Democrat stated that embattled Rep. Devin Nunes must not simply recuse himself from the intelligence committee's examination into Russia, however resign from the committee completely.

Steny Hoyer, your home minority whip, stated it would be "in the very best interest of getting to the bottom of the reality" if Nunes were to step down from the management post.
