(CNN)Arkansas performed its 4th prisoner in a week, ending a frenzied schedule brought on by the looming expiration of the state's supply of deadly injection drugs.
Kenneth Williams, 38, was at first sentenced to life in jail for the 1998 killing of a university cheerleader. He was later on founded guilty of capital murder after he left from jail and eliminated a male.
"I was more than incorrect. The criminal offense I committed versus you all was ridiculous," Williams stated in his last words throughout his execution Thursday night, inning accordance with CNN affiliate KATV.
