(CNN)An extortion case including bikini-clad designs, social networks celebs and racy images has actually triggered an interesting legal dispute over phone security and the Fifth Amendment.

The huge concern: Can authorities gain access to possibly incriminating details on your phone by engaging you to expose your passcode? Or is spoken access to your phone's tricks secured under the Constitution?
The case comes from the arrest of Hencha Voigt, 29, and her then-boyfriend, Wesley Victor, 34, last July on charges of extortion. Voigt and Victor threatened to launch raunchy videos and images of social networks star "YesJulz" unless she paid them off, inning accordance with a Miami Police Department report.

As such, district attorneys submitted a movement asking a circuit court judge to oblige the offenders to offer their passwords to authorities.
