(CNN)More than 90 individuals were hospitalized in Connecticut throughout a performance headlined by artist Chance the Rapper, authorities stated.
Hartford Police officers made 50 minor drinking "recommendations" at the occasion Friday night, Deputy Chief Brian Foley tweeted.
He explained it as a "hectic night, stating most clients were minor concertgoers who suffered serious alcohol intoxication.
"Additional actions will need to be required to resolve these concerns at these performances," he stated.
The three-time Grammy Award winner became part of the lineup throughout Hot 93.7's Hot Jam show at Xfinity Theatre in Hartford.
Foley informed the Hartford Courant that 90 individuals hospitalized is more than the average on a routine night.
"A common performance is around 20-30 transportations. Sixty would be extremely bad. We had 70 when and 90 last night," Foley informed the paper.
The number was so high, Hartford's ambulance company needed to look for additional assistance, with some clients carried to health centers in Farmington, Manchester and New Britain, Fire Capt. Raul Ortiz stated.
Artists Kyle, PnB Rock and ANoyd likewise carried out at the occasion.
