His lawyer, Ambrosio Rodriguez, met Andressian in prison on Saturday and later on launched a declaration stating, "This is a solemn and unfortunate day for the Andressian household, one they all hoped would never ever come ... The household grieves the death of Ara, Jr. and remain in privacy grieving."

Earlier, prior to the kid's body was discovered, Rodriguez launched a declaration stating the arrest of his customer was "a best example of mob mindset and rush to judgment by the constable's department."
