(CNN)The renegade Venezuelan police officer who obviously took an authorities chopper and utilized it to strafe federal government structures in Caracas last month has actually appeared once again on video, implicating President Nicolas Maduro of being an "assassin."
In the newly-posted video, Oscar Perez, an officer in the nation's investigative police, provided a declaration stating, "We are not assassins, like you, Mr. Nicolas Maduro; Like you, Diosdado Cabello, who every day bring sadness to Venezuelan houses."
Cabello is the vice president of Maduro's celebration, the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, or PSUV.
